Staging For Sale

Our staging for sale service offers a minimum 6 week rental period for all the furniture, accessories and artwork necessary to showcase your unique property's to its full potential.
We handle the complete installation and artistic staging of the property, including the disposal of any packaging. At the end of the rental period, we promptly remove everything, leaving the space ready for your buyer to move in.
Additionally, the service includes complimentary professional photo editing to further enhance your property's appeal.

The Process
From enquiry to installation, here is our step by step guide to the process
Your
Enquiry
Simply submit our enquiry form to start the ball rolling. We will be in contact shortly after, requesting any photos and floor plans of the property. We will also arrange a time to call to really get to know your unique requirements and your target market.
Quote
& Date
Once we have all the information we will send you a no obligation quotation. Once accepted we will then discuss an installation date. We kindly request 7-10 days notice to ensure we can stage to perfection. The quote is typically for 6 weeks rental, however additional weeks can be purchased on request. If the service is "staging for sale", a de-installation date will also be arranged.
Keys &
Staging
We will arrange to collect the keys to the property and the installation will take place within a 24 hour period.
The transformation is complete! Your property can now go on the market and wow potential buyers/clients
Photos
You will then receive complimentary professionally edited photos, 48 hours after the install.
